Axius Assists Brisbane Based Property Developer

Axius Partners recently assisted the Pikos Property Group, a Brisbane based property developer, obtain and structure a development finance facility to fund the construction of the Skye-by-Pikos luxury residential development being undertaken at Kangaroo Point in Brisbane. The project will ultimately comprise 70 penthouse style apartments, a rooftop restaurant, and basement parking for 166 cars. The project will be delivered over the next 2-years.

The project finance was secured with an offshore private equity fund.

Despite challenging conditions in real estate debt markets, and further deterioration over the last 2-years because of Covid-19 capital constraints, Axius Partners was able to secure the debt funding and assist the structuring of same on favourable terms and conditions for the sponsors, to facilitate delivery of the project and assist the sponsors ongoing growth agenda.
